KAKURE is a training game set at Tokimi Tower. HAKURO gives KIRI a new lesson: keep watching something after it disappears from view. One friend at a time hides under one of MAME's hiding cloaks, the cloaks move around, and when everything stops you tap the cloak your friend is under.
It starts slow and speeds up every round, with more cloaks and new twists: rings that turn, two or three pairs swapping at once, a cloak that turns back halfway, and fake faces with a key mark. Across 7 chapters SUZU, YUKI, RAI, IRO and NAGI, TOGE, KUNOICHI and finally HAKURO take turns hiding. Your score decides which of three endings you see.
▶ KAKURE — Play free nowEvery round is a little faster and has more swaps than the last, from about 5 swaps at the start to 26 by round 30, with up to six cloaks. The rules keep it fair: only neighbors swap, cloaks never overlap while moving, there is a top speed, and fake faces always carry a key mark. A tracking bot checked that every arrangement can be followed.
In KAKURE you keep following the cloak your friend climbed into, even after it closes. Closed cloaks all look the same, so the only clue is where each one moved.
Every round is faster, and twists join in: rings that turn, two or three pairs swapping at once, cloaks that turn back halfway, and fake faces. You need to keep your eyes on one cloak without being thrown by everything else moving.
For fairness, only neighbors swap, cloaks never overlap while moving, and there is a top speed. A tracking bot that reacts 0.12 to 0.2 seconds late tried many arrangements to make sure each one can be followed.
Looking for the face. Once a cloak closes, the face is gone. Pick the cloak your friend entered, then follow only the motion.
Getting pulled toward the other bird. When two hide, the cloak to follow is marked in gold at the start. Follow only that one and ignore the other, which moves just like it.
Falling for the turning cloak. From chapter 6, a cloak may start to swap and come back. Don't decide until everything stops.
Following a fake face. From chapter 5, KUON's fake faces with a key mark peek out. Trust the cloak you followed.
The whole screen never flashes.
This game keeps your eyes on moving objects. A full run of 30 rounds takes about 10 minutes. If your eyes feel tired, take a break between chapters.
Your score is a score in this game. It is not a medical assessment or an eye exercise, and it does not measure eyesight or dynamic vision. We do not claim that playing improves your eyes.
